The service

SATCoach.ai is an adaptive SAT practice platform with a tutor dashboard. By using SATCoach, you agree to these terms. If you are creating an account for a minor, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian and consent to their use of the service.

Accounts

There are three account types: Student (practices and takes assessments), Parent (receives progress reports and manages the subscription), and Tutor (accesses the tutor dashboard for linked students). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Subscriptions

SATCoach is a paid service for student accounts. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your account credentials with others, attempt to access other users' data, use automated tools to scrape or extract content, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service for any purpose other than SAT preparation and related educational activities.

Practice content

Practice questions, concept cards, and other educational content on SATCoach are owned by SATCoach.ai. You may not copy, reproduce, screenshot, or redistribute this content. SAT is a registered trademark of the College Board, which does not endorse or sponsor SATCoach.ai.

AI-generated content

SATCoach uses artificial intelligence to generate explanations, insights, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Tutors should review platform insights and use their professional judgment. AI-generated content does not constitute professional educational advice.

No score guarantees

SATCoach.ai does not guarantee specific score improvements. SAT scores depend on many factors including effort, baseline ability, consistency of practice, and test-day conditions. Score estimates provided by the platform are approximations based on practice data and should not be interpreted as predictions of actual test scores.

Data and privacy

Your use of SATCoach is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Student practice data is used to personalize the learning experience and generate reports. We do not sell user data or use it for advertising.

Limitation of liability

SATCoach.ai is provided "as is." We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation, then deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and within the SATCoach platform — including text, design, code, algorithms, and the SATCoach name and branding — is owned by SATCoach.ai. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
